VMAD’s team worked with the CEO of Work Better to artfully reimagine three floors of prime Manhattan real estate at 40 Wall Street, spanning over 37,500 square feet.
The interior architecture and design were carefully programmed to accommodate 300 people in an aesthetically pleasing, contemporary co-working environment. Private offices, conference rooms, informal gathering spaces, and a central-hub reception area provide endless flexibility.
